GAT Registrants are responsible for their own transportation to Washington DC and for arranging their own lodging.

If you are flying to DC, be aware that National Airport (DCA) is significantly more convenient via public transportation than either Dulles International Airport (IAD) or Baltimore Washington Airport (BWI). Both Dulles and Baltimore airports do have public transportation options, but they are on the outskirts of the DC metropolitan area and require more travel time to and from flights.

All official events will take place in Capitol Hill neighborhoods of Washington DC.

PARKING: Both event locations have limited street parking available. Participants are encouraged to take the Washington DC Metro to all events, and/or park and metro to the locations. The closest DC Metro parking lots to Cesar Chavez School are at Minnesota Avenue Station (Orange Line) or Capitol Heights Station (Blue Line). DC Metro Station parking lots are free on weekends.
